Member FAQ

What is ?

Buxify is a new innovative, international advertising company and is FREE to join. With our service we allow advertisers to reach thousands of potential customers by displaying their ad on our, "Surf Ads" page.

How do I earn money?
You view websites in a few seconds via the "Surf Ads" page. Once the few seconds is up, you'll either get a 'V' sign or a red 'X'. The 'V' sign means you've earned money for the visit and the 'X' means you have not earned money for the visit. You'll get red X's when you have more than one website from the "Surf Ads" page open. When this happens, you get no credit.

When will I get paid?
As a FREE member You are not allowed to cashout any money from your account (You can only cashout the REFERRAL UPGRADE COMMISSIONS).
You can, however, convert your money to advertising, Referral purchases and Upgrades.

Upgraded members get paid daily on their account and we process payouts every 2/9 days; depending on our business.
Terms of payment 180 BUSINESS days; of course you will be paid as soon as possible.


As Upgraded Member Can I cashout the entire account balance?
NO, you can cashout only what shared with you by the System as DAILY SHARING DIVIDEND. That's because your Account Balance represent your " Shares".

Do You offer referral commissions?
Yes, we offer 5% referral commissions on each upgrade made by your Referrals!
The commission will be credited in US $ directly in your Upgrade Referrals Balance.

What is the PIN?
Your PIN is personal and very important.
It is useful to ask for cashout, change your profile (password, contact e-mail, Paypal or Alertpay E-mail)and get the free Upgrade.
REMEMBER!!
- TO SAVE THE PIN!! You will have access to the Pin page only once, You will NOT see the page again.
- IT IS VERY IMPORTANT give the Real Name because if you lose the PIN, in order to retrieve it, you need to send us a copy of your IDENTITY Card or Passport and the name have to match with the name you gave to us earlier.


Can I change my Sponsor/Referrer?
Yes, you have a link to change your Sponsor in members page.
Once You have changed your sponsor, you will be allowed to do it again after at least 3 months; during this period you can only ask to be placed under the original Sponsor via support.

I want to cashout my money; How do I do that?
Upgrade your account level and You can request the cashout of your DAILY SHARING DIVIDENDS
upon reaching $1

Can I use my earnings to upgrade?

Yes, upon certain conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU CAN HAVE THE FREE IRON UPGRADE ONLY ONCE AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE NOT UPGRADED BEFORE.

Stated that, if you match the conditions, you will see the following by clicking on Convert:

In order to use your earnings to upgrade your membership You must meet one of the following conditions:

- Free members get an IRON upgrade if they have at least 1000 Personal clicks and their account balance is over Bfy$25.00


or by having upgraded Referrals (not free):

- Free members with 1 upgraded member as referral get an IRON upgrade
  if they have 1000 clicks and their account balance is over Bfy$20.00

- Free members with 2 upgraded members as referrals get an IRON upgrade
  if they have 1000 clicks and their account balance is over Bfy$15.00

- Free members with 3 upgraded members as referrals get an IRON upgrade
  if they have 1000 clicks and their account balance is over Bfy$10.00


The Free upgrades are processed with Payza only; furthermore this is a one time only condition and, if they have been already upgraded once, they will need to use their own cash to re-upgrade. The above terms may be modified by the Administrator at any time


Can other people in my household join?
As long as they each have their own computer, payment account and e-mail address. As far as cheating goes, our software detects users who create fictitious accounts and use the same computer so if someone else in your household wants to join and will legitimately use their account; you shouldn't be flagged for abuse.

Can I have more than one account?
No. There is no need to maintain more than one account. If you've lost your login information, you can request to have it sent to your e-mail address. If you are caught with more then one account open (we have a very strict auditing process before payments are sent) your account(s) will be terminated, your ip address(es) will be banned and you will not receive any earnings.

My network, school or ISP all use the same or randomly used IP addresses, can I join?
Yes, this is fine. The same general rule applies from the previous question.

How much money can I make?
There is no limit in the amount of websites you visit or referrals that you obtain. Your earning possibilities are virtually endless.

How do I refer others?
Use your unique referral code found within the user area "My Stats".

I can't see any ads!
If you see no ad links on the "Surf Ads" page but you DO see stats on the right hand side then you need to disable all antivirus and antispyware/adware programs. If this doesn't work, try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.

My stats aren't updating!
This is either because your browser is saving the page in it's cache or you're not waiting for the dollar sign to appear after the timer is complete. Try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.

I keep getting "Invalid verification code entered." when I try to register or login!
First, make sure you are correctly typing in the verification code. If you are typing in the correct code and still having problems then it's something to do with your browser caching the previously used session image. Try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.

How often are the statistics updated?
Stats are updated immediately.

How can I cancel my account?
Inactive accounts are automatically cancelled after certain time.

Why I have to click twice to see the green tick?
Check your antivirus, antispyware/adware programs, your browser settings for cookies and java script acceptance. If this doesn't work, try cleaning your cache or reboot your computer.



Advertiser FAQ

How does the advertising work?
When you order an advertising package, we first approve the site and then insert it on the "Surf Ads" page. All new ad entries appear at the top of the list. We only charge you for unique visits that our members generate. All outside visits are free. For instance, you may order 1,000 visits but you may receive 1,300 or more visits because of non-members checking out the "Surf Ads" page. You're essentially getting more for your money.

Are my visits guaranteed?
Yes. We guarantee that you will receive at least the amount of traffic that you ordered.

Is each visit unique from the last?
Each visit is unique on a scale of 24 hours. Meaning, you will only be charged for the same visitor once per 24 hours. On the "Surf Ads" page, the "Member Visits" counts the unique visits from members and the "Outside Visits" counts each page hit from non-members.

Are there any restrictions?
Your ad cannot promote adult content or illegal activity. We also do not accept sites that use frame breakers.

Why did my ad end so quickly?
Smaller purchases usually expire within 5-10 minutes. Sometimes even sooner. generally has 300-500 users online at a time.


Upgraded Members FAQ

How do I purchase upgrades?
Click the Upgrades link inside your member's area. Select the upgrade that you want then click proceed.

Please note that you are allowed to have ONLY 1 UPGRADE AT TIME.

Can I use my earnings to upgrade?
No.

What are the payment processors you are using?
We accept only Alertpay and Paypal.

Can I Upgrade With A Processor and Withdraw With Another One?

It is not Allowed.

Are there any withdraw fees?
No.

Why can't I change my account details and Alertpay address?
For security reasons you are not able to change your email address, name and payment account number/ID within your members area , Email address and name can only be changed via submitting a ticket via the support link on the homepage.

Is my money safe?
The money you pay to upgrade your account is an upgrade FEE, not an investment. We state clearly that payments are non-refundable. Each member level you buy will earn for you for a set period and then expire. You can buy more levels at any time and extend your membership and earnings. Your fee is NOT returned to you. Instead, you can EARN up to 130% of your fees, plus an unlimited amount of referral commission, subject to the continued successful operation of the site. You must be aware to pay a non-refundable fee to join the program and share in its income. You are not "investing" or "depositing" and the money is no longer "yours". You are buying "visits" to your website and the opportunity to earn up to 130% of your fee, with no guarantee. Do not spend more than you can afford to possibly lose.

How long does my upgrade last?
Your upgrade last for the maximum of 30 days and for a defined number of clicks as shown here. When You reach the maximum number of clicks for your membership level or after 30 days your account is automatically downgraded to free. Our minimum daily Ads have been set to be 10, so that within 30 days You should have earned UO TO the 130% on your initial spend.
However it is possible to be in profit after the 3rd upgrade (rarely after the 4th) as well as being in profit after 4-6 days only.
What we promise is that upgrade by upgrade you will average to the 130% max roi allowed.

What if my Upgrade expire?
If you do not have any active Upgrades, your account reverts to free status with all its inherent limitations including the ability to cashout.

My stats have been reset..Why?
Each time that your account is upgraded or downgraded, your "Website Visits" stats are automatically reset to "zero"; this is how our system works.

Why do my cashout is very little compared to actual earning?
Our program is made to last. Unlike other programs which dies a sudden death after a few rounds due to hit & runners whom never reinvested, We intend to stay for as long as possible. Members are required to reupgrade to be in profit. Eventhough members will continue to earn, payout will be calculated according to cash level of our program. As members continue to upgrade, THE CASHOUT LEVEL % will increase in value too.

What if the Buxify's Alertpay or Paypal account will be limited or suspended?
Nothing to do by your side, our lawyers will manage the situation. In the meantime, until the matter will be sorted out, all the upgrades and payments with the limited processor will be temporarily suspended.
